Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the Service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. b. Service Discontinuation: In the event that CanvasWizard discontinues the Service or a significant portion of its features, resulting in a substantial loss of functionality for subscribers.

Refund Requests:

Refund Processing:
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase. Refunds may take 15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

No Refunds for Partial Subscription Period:
- We do not offer refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. Refunds will only be considered for the current subscription period in which the issue occurred.
